Say I needed some images of Jewish faces, for AI training. Where would I look? I tried flickr, but you can't really do good queries - "portraits taken in Israel" is the closest I can get, and that has a lot of noise: flickr.com
What else? Wikimedia commons has a few hundred of Israeli celebrities, but it's a small dataset.
Scraping facebook needs accounts, which I don't have.
What else? Jews or Israeli citizens, either would be fine, since it's not very hard to find White people to compare to.

You can actually build your own dataset. Look up the idea of using autoencoders. Basically you can take an existing dataset, and say use a model that recognizes faces, etc. use it to generate images that are similar to your dataset.
There might be concerns of overfitting though but it might be an option.

There are many populations from Mediterranean regions that are not Jewish. There are lots of white anglos that are. There are many Indonesians that are moslems. I don't think you can realistically categorize imagery in the way that you suggest.

Not all Israelites are Jews. Not all Jews are Israelites. If you're going to filter for ethnic(read: genetic) traits, then you can only generalize to a region of origin, not a religion or other social structure.
