No LGR bashing this thread. He's been abused enough.

How old is "retro"?

I wasted more of my life than necessary playing Seven Cities of Gold on the C64.

Retard.

Say about 20 years.

Not really that retro to me but I made a small setup with whatever I had. X200 + docking station, with a 17" crt monitor.

It's really an Atari game. I seem to remember the C64 port was missing some stuff.

Retro Macshit is just e-waste. Get a real computer.

Hey you better not tell us what finna ass we can smack in her.

Oh, I only use one computer that's that old. I have some that are older than that, but I don't use them much since they aren't very useful.

Apple hate is classified somewhere in the American Medical Association's list of mental disorders.

The ANTIC chip was like a mini-Amiga. It was too ahead of its time in fact because no 8-bit computer could have enough addressable memory to use it to its full potential.

You think you're a witty little cunt but homosexuality was classified as a mental disorder for decades before Apple even existed. Checkmate, faggot.

The Plus was the first Mac that was actually usable, but still suffered from Steve Jobs's anti-fan obsession. Overheating was a common problem with them and it wasn't until the SE that Macs had a case fan.

The last good product Apple ever made

Remember when power supplies in PCs were mounted at the top?

You're truly a hero if you can convert this crossword game to Atari BASIC.

the psu in my pc is still mounted at the top

280w hurts

I'd be really interested as to what caused that. Looks like the least significant bit of a few of those characters got cleared.

Isn't it sad how most retro computer collectors only jerk off to mediocre mass-market consumer shit?

Yeh but you can't write a BASIC program to play Maple Leaf Rag on a PDP-11.

My dad got a free panasonic 50" 2007 plasma from his job and gave it to me for my room, checked the service menu and it's had 26,000 hours of use, works pretty good.

2015 MacBook Pro is the last great computer Apple has made.

I didn't know TVs came with odometers.

Try changing ram.

I did several years on University on one of these things. It served me well

the psu in my pc is mounted at the top, 550w feels good

I really should take a newer pic, some things have changed.
