I have like a budget of 400 euros for monitor and 600 for laptop (I still have a spare SSD).

If you don't want to upgrade anything you can do about the same in that budget it looks like (unless eu prices are super fucked in comparison to us). If anything you should devote more of your budget to the laptop part and get a super cheap monitor in the meantime while you save up

I've been using the same U2410 I've owned since 2010, and I'll be damned if I ever go to another non-16:10 monitor ever again. It has a VERY subtle yellow tint in corners with whites, but it otherwise still looks amazing, and I have my brother's meme G-sync monitor to compare it against, I'd go absolutely insane if I had to use that thing. It's like a TN that doesn't shift AS much if you slouch, but the colors look like shit, no matter which preset I used, and I know my U2410 is as close as it can get to being perfect color-wise, since I managed to get a calibrator during a forum pass-around

I'm not bugged by tearing, so new sync methods are useless to me, and the input lag of IPS monitors is reeeeeeeeaaaaally exaggerated, I notice absolute nothing with no Vsync, and as an extra cherry on top, a flip queue set to 1. The U2410 was also a primo monitor for it's time, so it's probably a lot more forgiving for vidya than most, I just wish there were more non-garbage IPS options out there, especially 16:10 ones

It also has the fastest SD reader I've ever used in my life, I expected absolutely nothing special considering it's a built-in reader, but this feature is absolutely vital now
