just stream it bro. lol

I keep it really simple and don't download or watch that stupid fucking cancer onto my drives.

I watch, delete, then re-download if I feel like rewatching
Feels good being part of the private tracker master race

I dont watch it, its mind poison.

i only save episodes that give me a boner so I delete the rest

Plex.

By age, ass and boob size.

I don't use Plex. I keep it organized in a folder. I don't save everything I watch. If the show was below 8/10 for me, I delete it since the chances of me rewatching it is almost 0%

With style.

If you don't create your own scripts that fetches data from the web then sorts your shows based on genres, you don't belong on Jow Forums

One piece alone must be taking a terabyte by now.

>858 episodes
Assuming each episode is at no more than 600mb, it shouldn't be more than 500 gigabytes

shit taste
so is this hellhole yet you're here.

Attached: 43952628_2088690457822209_471077403209236480_n.jpg (333x960, 70K)

One big folder. Nothing fancy.

Attached: 1537465807652.png (1170x776, 90K)

Assuming anime fans don't have losses remux copies of every episode of every show they hoard.

>sort on genres
Useless.

In a folder

Attached: 2018-10-23--16:13:47.png (840x1536, 648K)

Yeah it was kind of a half joke. Still personally I could never hold that much because that's basically half my hard drive(yes I can get more that's not the point talking currently)

With Kodi, like a normal person

Similar to you. Each series gets its own folder, filenames are the episode number only. Separate seasons get subfolders

that requires nonfree software

Shit taste

All good torrent clients are GLOSS

Same. How does Jow Forums manage their porn?
Most of them are in my ~/Downloads directory with their own name or with unrecognizable strange names I sometimes open because I forget what they are.

Name (year)

>How does Jow Forums manage their porn?
See

I download it, watch it, and delete it immediately after.

kissanime
plex is shit for anime.

>delete it immediately after
From your mind?

>anime
implying I am a degenerate pedo

No, that usually takes a while.

>that requires nonfree software
Then I hope you're not watching anime with proprietary formats

>tfw no software that can to do a 35pass erase on my brain

Pretty sure you're looking for a shotgun senpai

I convert it all to Theora/Opus

>animae
>winblows 10
fucking retard

Anime/[Series Name]/[Season #]
Season number only comes in if the series got more than one season. Manga is sorted the same, still deciding how to deal with spinoffs.

based and redpilled
truly fucking underrated

That's what I wanted to here.

>x264
>proprietary

Attached: 1528728165134.png (443x415, 251K)

x264 is a free codec, but H.264/AVC is still a proprietary standard.

That's an encoder for a closed format faggot

I have two big anime folders spread through 2 HDDs. When I'm using Windows, I run a software that changes each folder's icon to the corresponding anime logo.

Anime list management is done through a software called Taiga (taiga.moe). If I'm on GNU/Linux, I use trackma instead.

Attached: 1537763462624.jpg (1447x2047, 345K)

>anime$

I assume you're taking into account shitty files. That's not the size an episode ripped from a blueray would have.

Plex.

one big ass folder on 8tb smb server

How do yall get the image to display in the front like that?

>not using webm for vp9/opus

u srs?

I used to do that, then it occurred to me I only very rarely rewatch anything.
So I just torrent everything into the same folder.

Wait for low disk space warning to just delete 95% of it. Not that it ever happened, though.

i'm not 15 so i don't watch cartoons

it's much better with the HAMA scanner

fpbp

Depends on the source and your preferences. You can get a decent quality for Blu-ray rips with 700-800 MiB.

I just joined a private tracker but I'm having a hard time getting a good ratio - nobody is downloading from me. Am I just in competition with fucking seedbox fags?

I throw it in the trash.

On 4 different HDDs with groups of letters on each one. A-F on one, G-L on other, so on and so forth. Then broken into 3 folders, Movies, OVAs, TV series. Then I just put {} in front of any folder for a show I've yet to watch and remove them after watching it.

>ratio
holy fuck, what's this? 2010?

upload to a NAS and then stream it to all my devices

>Last Exile

Based and steampunkpilled.

Do you know how to export from MAL to kitsu or AniList? Or of another tool that uses a MAL account?

Ever since pocketMAL was unsupported by MAL's third party service, I've had no other way to track how much autism I was inputting into my blood stream.

that is true

i put them on a shelf like a normal person

Attached: 5.jpg (1024x768, 289K)

E:\anime\archive\[Series Name]
I keep seasons separate if they had different titles, i.e. K-ON! is in a different folder than K-ON!! because autism

is there a actual software for organizing anime / hentai depending on genre ?
like exel but easier to configure ?

>facebook

just make two folders; manime and moeshit, and sort all your series into one of the two. then delete the latter one

what if i am not collecing anime but titles ?
i am not a hoarder and yet i like to watch some old movies so instead of downloadig i simply copy/paste it's name /artist to txt file
but a nice software to organize them by genre would be good

Just use My Anime List

%anime-name% [%?sub-group-if-neq-release-group%][%release-group%]/[%release-group%] %anime-name% - %episode-padded-to-two-digits% [%?bd%%resolution%][%?crcsum%].[%ext%]

no
i want autistic idea

More like delete both

I sort it into season.
like
Spring_2018-->

I decided on it because it's better than having it in one large folder, and better than lots of little folders. If I want to find a specific one I just roll up find.

I did that, then my anime folder is still called 'spring 2017'.
I just know I'm gonna delete most of it when disk space becomes low.

>not using openpht

why do people delete shit? that unionically takes more work than just leaving it to rot forever until you need space

>openpht
what is it?

Watch and delete.

terribly dumb satania poster

I keep it always full of unwatched stuff.

I don't watch Anime c:

Very bad idea.

this if it's not something downloaded form bakabt/animebytes or something that gets seeded a lot from nyaa or a favorite anime or whatever like that
why keep 200gb of anime when i could use it to store trap porn lol

you just collect dust.

hoarding anime is stupid as fuck, delete it after you've watched it because you will rarely re-watch it

Yea, the link is hidden now(prolly cause they don't wanna loose anymore users)
myanimelist.net/panel.php?go=export

Nah dog, when disk space becomes low just add another 4TB drive to your RAID6.

Link isn't hidden at all
myanimelist.net/animelist/MYUSERNAME
Export button is 5 icons down on the left sidebar

I will probably start using Taiga soon, always heard of it, but it looks too much bloat for something I don't really need. I just watch the anime and leave it there, no need for me to see the logo or episode i am watching.

>MAL
Unironically or ironically kill yourself.

>myanimelist.net/animelist/MYUSERNAME
I now realize myusername is actually someone's username, hopefully you get the idea though
myanimelist.net/animelist/faggot

Same as you but with original file names for seeding purposes

Man fuck getting into animebytes, no one on ot replied to me

The point of it is to manage your Kitsu/Anilist account.

kits and anilist is garbage though

oh, yeah, that too, I susually update it once a month or so, but I guess it will be nice to don't even have to

I have like 8 invites just sitting on my account.

Attached: 3fkqlzr9vhq11.png (1920x1080, 1.88M)

the software "taiga" is utter fucking garbage, it's designed for people with ADHD because it tracks which episode you've watched and lets you know where to continue

it offers nothing of value
