Bad. Set Arc-Dark and Newaita as the gtk themes as well. The wallpaper is off, colors are too bright and the blue is fighting the Arc-Dark palette. Terminal colors are retarded.

Set breeze as the gtk themes as well. Consider using the mint logo for the kde menu. I don't like the wallpaper paw but the color is on point. Overall looks stock and neutral, I like it.

That seems to work for gtk3 and gimp seems to be using gtk2 theme.
Pic related is what I mean by "looks like ass". The brush mode button is white text on white background. Other gtk2 themes fix this.

Why would I want to reboot machines being used as servers? That's just retarded. Unless it's necessary to apply a security patch, reboots = downtime, and since other people use those machines downtime = bad.

Just don't run intensive software in the VMs, I mostly keep them around for photoshop CS3 and some windows only games.

KDE for sure, MATE and cinnamon are the other 2, more mate than cinnamon, cinnamon is really lackluster.

I actually like Adwaita as far as defaults go. I've wasted so much time ricing configs and using obtuse crap like i3 and terminal applications that I can't be bothered to spend more than 10 minutes on it anymore. I spend 90% of my time on my computer in GVim anyway, and I don't really notice anything outside of that particular window. The GVim "morning" color scheme is nice, it looks like yummy berries and doesn't burn my eyes to badly when I'm sitting in the dark late at night, so that's the only time I don't use defaults.
