I don't find Decentraleyes placebo; it anonymizes the CDN requests, and speeds up browsing by using the already cached resources.

I've been checking it out, and while it seems interesting, I find that it has overlap with the addons I use. I've also been doing some reading and the theory is that spoofing canvas and similar fingerprinting stuff is counterintuitive in that it makes you even easier to track.

You think that green padlock means the connection is secure but in reality every single intelligence agency is reading your data. So yes, HTTPS is placebo.

Your addon hides them instead of blocking them so they ARE sent your way. You're also earning them some sweet money because one guy out of a million clicking all ads isn't meaning shit.

I do it for fun just to see all the coincidences. I don't give a fuck about the left wing vs right wing shitshow.
As to your argument about it hiding, AdNauseaum clicks off of their servers. As I've said, I don't give a shit about sending them money. My priority is just seing what kind of ads I'm getting after browsing hentai sites and Jow Forums for 6 months. It is purely out of curiosity.
Don't get your jimmies in a knot because someone is interested by something you don't like mate.

If a website isn't configured to give you HTTPS by default then it's not worth your time. And if it is, you need to kill yourself pronto.

Dang it why did I think you were asking about the HTTPS Everywhere extension. It's late so my ADHD is strong.
