Well, it's fantastic for AMD. Especially as it appears Intel has fuck all for the next 3 years.
But i think it's good for everyone in that really shows the benefits of competition in driving innovation (and prices).
From their previous 16nm node to 7nm they, basically, with the same power, can get 30% more performance, OR with the same performance they can save 60% of the power, with both options reducing the die size by 70%
