The only decent apps are centennial ones you can get for free outside the store anyway.

Weather and Mail&Calendar

WSL "distributions".

WSL and Forza if you're a br/o/
that's basically it

Or you could add this to windows registry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\MTCUVC]
"EnableMtcUvc"=dword:00000000
and use non-meme volume control applet.

of all the things Microsoft copied from Apple, this is probably the worst
the physical stores too

Scan app

They've re-enabled (by default) the per-application volume control in 1809 anyway.
Still the same old UI, but they've also added a new UI to the game bar for volume control and finally fixed/added metro apps (I assume that's why the finally re-added it)

If you have a netflix subscription you can download the netflix app on the win store. The only upside of using the app than the browser version is that you can download episodes/movies and watch them before they expire.

Age of Empires?

ironically, Ublock Origin for Edge

Sticky notes and Skype.

Kodi. Its better than classic app imo

>using the UWP skype version
kys

let me put it this way,
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers *store* | Remove-AppxPackage

Based Powershell fag

Linux

If you're looking for good window store apps you should read this first:

install what you can from the windows store so that the apps get virtualized instead of being able to modify the os files.

Ditto

Quicklook, a feature that should have been built into the OS

Now that's useless bloat if I've ever seen it.

the deezer app is OK if you use deezer.
