Really? I have similar specs(Ryzen 3) and a 1440p monitor but only 60hz and I have a slight performance loss compared to a ryzen 5 I tested. Should I go up to 144hz?

Why Z390 and 9900K? In my region with that price I can get a 1920X+mobo bundle or X299+10 Core X series CPU with only a bit more
Z390 literally does not make sense even with 9700K, at least in my region
