i use two passwords for everything.
One for important things, and another for things I could care less about.

Been using Lastpass for years and it still works fine.

Not creating random passwords hard to guess passes for everything and easily memorising them by basing it on associated memories of music lines, book quotes, movie phrases and typing them in 1337 style / mixing it with Upper lower caps and throwing a little small touch of your own

Is there a password manager that has an add-on compatible with Pale Moon, or doesn't require an add-on?

I've actually considered getting a daily bible verse calendar to do something like this to make the passwords seem all that much more ominous.

keepassxc with 30 char password + SD card with .key file on it and a backup of the sd card in a physical safe in my bedroom. the keepass database is hosted on my mega account but will soon be moved to my brand new ssh server.

There are pretty much two options. Both open source.

Local database style, Keepass. Tons of add-ons etc... features and whatnot on the keepass.info version. KeepassXC is another option. On mobile there are a variety such as keepass2android . Lots of them are compatible with the .kdbx database format.

If you want something cloud or server based, don't use shit proprietary LastPass or whatnot. BitWarden is the best stand alone option of this type. You can use their cloud version or host your own server etc. Alternately, have a NextCloud instance somewhere? Passman.cc is a module for NextCloud that securely gives password manager features.
