Jow Forums hates software patents. There are industries where patents probably do "foster innovation" as promised. Software isn't one of them.

Software patent is a logical fallacy in terms of technology, there can exist no software patents whatsoever.

Daily reminder that all leading companies are _leading_ because they don't patent their super secret shit that makes them successful.
Instead they keep it in house so there is no patent to expire and other people cant use their tech to compete against them.
