Screen response time is very important, it dictates how "smooth" the transition from one frame to another. When response time is faster than than the frame time things like ghosting and other visual artifacts make viewing things on the screen an overall bad experience like pic related. iPad "pro" has a minimum of 17.6ms response time. This makes it unsuitable for even a 60Hz display (16.6ms frame time).
In general search for tablets that have response time at least 25% of total max frame time (ie ~4ms for 60Hz).

1. hardware performance is great, never feel lag in mobile game, apple's soc design is no joke though.

1. ios file system is so dumb, you cant access file cross app, sometimes share to other app dont work
2. it's hard to download file in web browser, cant believe it
3. wifi version dont have gps chip, you cant do navigation if using offline map
4. apple official ibooks app dont support pdf editing, why do apple pencil even exist
5. official notes app is too simple
