Using ratio is being disingenious. U: 150 MB, D: 75 MB so a ratio of 2. Good trackers don't want that kind of ratio.
It's how much you upload or whether or not you're a content uploader.

That's why I specified "actively", as in actually using the tracker daily and downloading everything I can think of.
