50hz is fucking retarded. Especially coming from an autistic continent that whines about how the metric system has sensical unit relationships.

60 was chosen because the earliest electric clocks ran on line frequency and there's 60 seconds in a minute. Later when TV became a thing all the 50fags were raped by their strobelight CRTs while 60Hz chads got to enjoy kino without getting headaches 3 minutes in.

>50hz is fucking retarded

Your map is shit

127/220 60Hz is the only correct way. We have 380 too in Brazil.

The absolute statue of hues

Just fuck my hokkaido up

Having two voltages is pretty useful in your home. Everything that wastes a lot of power uses 220, and common stuff uses 127. Not that it matters, almost everything used here accepts either voltage.

> Santa Catareich is 220v

I fucking hate this I’ll be lying in bed and all the sudden all the lights are on and fans start going

It has literally been years, 3 different houses, 2 power supplies

If i had money to blow i would build a new machine from the ground up but

> no guarantees it won't happen again

>shut down Mac book
>iPhone plugged in continues to charge

I've had this with potentially multiple different causes. One cause I believe was the usb printer I had plugged in (even though I'm sure I disabled any wake on usb events). I now keep that off unless I need to print. Another seemed to be VirtualBox, or a VirtualBox service being run.
When it happens check Event Viewer and look at what's happening just before/after the kernel-power event in the system log.

Disabled all "wake on x" options except the kb & mouse (which aren't the issue either)

I guess I'll try and hunt this down again

Don't put the line in your mouth or you'll get hurt.

>he turns his pc off
lmao at your uptime

>people dont check their switchboards to understand their home circuits

Check Task Scheduler, too, because wake events can be scheduled by Windows, especially for things like updates.
I had the same problem for a while but I eventually managed to turn off everything that was causing my computer to wake on its own.

I think I found your problem, also just turn off the psu if it bothers you so much
