If you don't want network functionality a NAS is a waste of money, get a hard drive dock or just more external drives.

yes they are fairly plug and play. The "Networked" part of a NAS consists of plugging an ethernet cable into it from your router. Obviously you can take it more and more indepth if you're actually interested in making your setup custom and efficient. But plugnplay works, too. It sounds like you just want a really big hard drive though, not a NAS.

Check the logs you'll see something unusual and if you check the users you'll notice someone is banned. You can then figure it out after seeing the name of last uploaded torrent by that user. I'm not gonna name it here.
