All Jow Forums projects die when the contributors kill themselves.

Are you my old emo friend from junior high?

SICP is an overrated meme anyway.

I didn't even know this was a thing.
would play.

Unironically

I'd contribute to this project if it were alive. Outside of writing and the story, the art is the biggest blocker.

We could have something like Lyrical Lisp, or we could have something well written with fun intro to CS portions and code writing/grading..

Wasn't it originally a /jp/ project?

Yep, the original thread was from /jp/.

sicpvn.sdf.org/contest.html is a sad read.

Where the assets at?
Couldn't we just throw these up in a git repo and let nature run its course?

There probably aren't any.
zick is cool.

>I saw you in 6.001
lmao I would download this in a heartbeat, I archived 6.001 to do over winter break.

I'm thinking that the best way to start a project like this would be to simply make an application that assists students in the completion of their exercises for the course.
There's probably even something out there already that does something similar, but I haven't looked.

>Perhaps start with some webshit for rapid development: load textfiles and PNGs and present them in a browser.

>Evaluate the input and score it arbitrarily.

any link to latest version ???
I will give it a shot

That website has a two fucking coin miners embedded in it. Yeah, not one, not two, three. I should have expected that but wow. Good fucking job Jow Forums

It has 2 coin miners embedded in it and a drive by download. Lmfao. You guys are fucked.

Who runs this website? Just some dude from Jow Forums? He's gone to the trouble of hiding his identity but whoever set it up it didn't configure the ICMP traffic correctly so I can probably knock it offline. It's got both coinminers and some kind of download request.

Lame shit, but I didn't even notice because my ad blocker blocked it all.
Maybe it got taken over.

>I can probably knock it offline
You want to DDOS SDF? It's a shared host.

adblocker won't block a javascript coin miner fren. Actually you're probably right, it would have got taken over because someone would have noticed it before me.

Get one of those "everybody should learn to code!!" initiatives to sponsor it. You'd have to make the character vaguely brown gay tumblr blobs, though.

I don't have a network to DDOS with I'd just use ICMP tunneling.

Hiroshima Nagasaki a japjew basterd runs this site

>adblocker won't block a javascript coin miner fred
Why do think that, pal? Mine blocked it. sicpvn.sdf.org/javascript/Montserrat.js just appends a tag to the document. That tag appends three more, which my uBlock Origin promptly blocks.

>Montserrat.js
That's one of them. Did it block two others things as well?

RTFS. It creates the others.

>You'd have to make the character vaguely brown gay tumblr blobs, though.
naw Jow Forums, that ain't me

Wouldn't that be taking out the shared host? I'd suspect you'll find more of these scripts on other subdomains.

Free shell accounts. Rootable?

>Linux/UNIX users can type 'ssh [email protected]' at their shell prompts.

Brainstorm with me Jow Forumsentoomen:

The question I'd try to resolve before I put any effort into this is, would it get C&Ded by MIT?

Their course is under what license? In any case, c&d doesn't really matter to the project being available or developed for. Development and distribution would just need to be distributed and anonymous.
A git repo could exist on the clearnet until it gets whacked. It could then move elsewhere.

link maybe ??

>let nature run its course?
soooo, let it die another time?

>classmates : 4?
Wouldn't those be your main side characters? The rest sounds more like background characters that get some dialogue but next to no development. If so than you'll likely need more than just four.
