It might still be salvageable, just download every freeleech torrent you can until you lose your downloading ability. Also if you're not already on ratio watch check for BP events you can do, many of them are easy like posting screenshots or giving a ton of points for your first upload or something. Do it quick since once you go into ratio watch you can't receive bonus points anymore. Try to amass a few hundred gigs seeding size at least and just wait until you amass enough points to dig yourself out of your hole, it shouldn't take THAT long.
Trying to multiaccount is just an easy way to get yourself blacklisted from the entire cabal as well as every site that respects them, it's not worth it. PTP doesn't actually ban you for having a shitty ratio, you'll just have your downloading privileges limited until you fix it. Main thing you want to do is grab all that freeleech shit before that happens since it will make it much easier to dig yourself out

maybe he uses the same user for rutorrent as the one for rtorrent and allows ssh logins, in which case try to overwrite its /home/whatever/.ssh/authorized_keys if you have ssh access you can theoretically tunnel through there
