I'm using Waterfox right now, but it is obvious that one day the difference between the code of both browsers will be so great (especially in the aspect of the extensions) that the only developer of Waterfox will not be able to maintain the project. Right now he is simply adding security patches because the code is basically the same, but when Mozilla decides to remove the code related to the old extensions and causes compatibility problems, Alex (the developer of Waterfox) is going to have a lot of problems.
