You don't need new hardware. Making arguments about pricing based on current retarded Jewvidia prices is disingenuous. My 980 which cost £150 runs all modern games fine at 1440p and will do for several years to come. Consolefags comparing single use hardware for consumption only to something multifunctional and programmable requires a special kind of doublethink.
