In Raid0, the data gets split over every drive, in the pic, a retard has put 8 4TB drives in Raid0, so he has lost 1/8th of his data.

RAID means all of his 8 hard drives are acting like 1 big hard drive. RAID 0 means that all data is written to those disks like it truly was 1 big HDD. Aint nothing coming back from that.

The data is striped across all drives, if one drive dies all files effectively get corrupt. This setup is used to increase bandwidth, kinda like dual channel for RAM.

No, since the data is striped across the drives he will lose almost all of the data, as 1/8th of the stripe is missing, corrupting any data that was shared with that drive, which in raid 0, means ruining most if not all of the data in the other 7 drives, as well as the 4TB lost to the failed drive
