The color grading is what Hollywood and many studios around the world uses, it's world class
Also people are fed up with Adobe's bad coding and this is a great alternative to the Adobe monthly tax

It's good enough unless you need super high quality. I think that most the features are there, but they also have different codecs, compression, and etc.

its used by most movie studios. so is blender actually. its free with blackmagic cameras so a lot of amateurs have access to the best software as well

It probably requires GCN GPUs and doesn't work well on pre-GCN GPU like yours

This is the missing dll: api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dll
After research, it's a Microsoft issue but I've DL'd the C++ redistributables it says it's included in, and none have it.

They have a Linux port. However it's targeted at RHEL / CentOS and at least older versions (don't know about the newest release) didn't work with Pulseaudio.
