Windows keeps fucking using the default cursors even though it has the correct theme set.

That one is a macOS or GNU/Linux style cursor. On Windows I use this one: deviantart.com/twipeep/art/Windows-10-cursor-black-version-572437583 because it fits the style completely (I don't change the link or handwriting from the default white though).
