I am just used to the ANSI layout, trying to type non-latin inputs on ISO layout has me hitting the wrong keys all the time as the characters get moved too much.

It's also bad that it's hard to obtain mechanical keyboards with the non-latin keycaps so I just a standard ANSI mechanical keyboard that doesn't have the character prints and touch type.

i just got both of mine off ebay.
the one on the top in that image as actually dirty as fuck and alot of the rivets were broken so i had to boltmod it. the second one i havent cleaned it or modified it in anyway and that was the condition i got it in.
though i would say auctions are better for these.

I don’t think that’s the point. The function row shouldn’t play second fiddle to volume controls or brightness. It just means that Lenovo can save a few cents by only having to make one set of key caps across its consumer and enterprise laptop lines. It’s just the further dilution of a brand that was once considered to have the best laptop keyboards in the industry.
