What is the best sub field for computer science?

depends on what you like

Web development

dunno CS is like dumbified computer engineering anyway

thinking about doing the graphics or unix since i work at a major bank, am not a very "smart" programmer, and just want to get paid fuckloads of money to edit a banking application.

theoretical computer science

it's what's going to automate all the jobs

i like computer vision

Where is distributed systems?

I like "computational science".
Not sure I'd really consider it a subfield of computer science though.

Graphix

PL.

Computational science.

Ever seen a problem in mathematics that has no closed form solution? It’s the worst. Using numerical algorithms, the aim of the game is to essentially fuck that problem up the butt and get useful information despite its reluctance to yield any.
It’s extremely satisfying. I get a raging erection whenever I write any numerical codes.

You need to work in the game's industry. The entire thing is like that, thousands of layers deep. Hope you like dynamic programming.

If we do use closed form solutions, it's all based on simplifying assumptions that let it run faster than the approximation.

dealt the wrong hand in terms of mathematical education, but interested in this field
what are the prerequisites that i should study for this so i can start early?

gender & equality with a minor in code of conduct theory

>It’s extremely satisfying.
if you're on the spectrum that is

>what are the prerequisites
mathematics

haha yes

Computational Science.

It's a subfield of architecture, I guess.

triple integrals
