Don't delete them.
When you download something, it comes from people seeding like you are doing now. If everyone did that, there wouldn't exist working torrents.
Specially if it's something kind of hard to find, or something that has value for you.
For example, I like funk music so I have some full discographies always seeding so people can download them and spread the funk love.

My advice would be to delete the most popular, easy to find stuff and keep seeding the rest. That way you are highly unlikely to be keeping people from obscure, poorly seeded material while freeing some space for yourself.
