I'm an adult artist currently in panic mode. There's literally alarms going off and those rotating red lights blasting in my house. I'm very affected by the recent decision of tumblr to dissallow adult content.
I own the domain of my artist name however. And have been sitting on it for years. So I take it it's finally time to set up my own site. How do I do this in the easiest and most cost efficient manner?
And secondly, I have whois-protection included in my plan. But is that actually safe? I've sometimes experienced it that websites I looked up which supposedly had whois-protection did in fact display an individuals name, and not the front company.
I'm not terribly prude or afraid of anyone knowing I draw porn (mine is quite high quality and doesn't involve any weird shit that would necessarily make me look bad), but it would be a bit of a concern in polite society.
Unless your hosting something like a c2 server, nobody is gonna have the power, or care enough to find your personal information.

If you want people to think that you're a """real artist""" then just draw """real art""". No one will blame you for drawing porn on the side. Porn is just """art"""

Host an IPFS website. It's cost efficient because it's torrent like/decentralized, plus it's very resistant to censorship.
