press esc, f1, f11, or f12 to set the boot device (not network boot)

try this order: 1.cd 2.usb 3.hdd 4.network
then install whatever os you want using usb or disc

Looks like there's no operating system installed. Pop an install disk into the optical drive and boot from that, then proceed with the installation.

It's missing an OS or a hard drive. While it's powering on, press F2 or F12 and go to the BIOS. Check to see if it has a hard drive, and check the boot order. If it has a hard drive, then set the SATA settings to AHCI and install OpenBSD.

A few things:
The PXE is a boot proticall from Intel to boot over a network. You have no bootP server, so its not going to boot over the network. It also cannot boot over wifi.

Boot order: Normally its CD-ROM, HD, then Ethernet. Turn off the boot over network, make the CD Rom the first boot device, and insert an operating system boot disk, and install it.
