Yes, but most warnings are only 2-4 weeks. You can apply normally once the warnings expire.

Is there actually anything special about PTP movie selection? I can find about every movie I can think of on public trackers/IPT. Trying to find TV packs with good encode is a lot harder in my experience (esp for old shows/talk shows)

RED is the most intentionally bad tracker I've been on. All of their promotional neutral leech torrents have some kind of annoying music trend and it's all bandcamp shit. Their economy being based around handouts and bandcamp autosnatchers is clearly intentional too.

I need uploads on PTP but the only way I can think of accomplishing this is by joining a scene tracker and trying to beat all of the bots. Should I get on to AR or DH? or a different one? Will also be nice to have access to software
