8/10. The layout is pretty good, but the RGB lighting is a bit garish under that scheme, the room feels too dim, and the shelf should be rotated 45 degrees to face the chair.

7.5/10. Nice screens and desk layout, but it's disorganized. Not really liking the RGB, the PC case looks weird out in the open like that, and the Firefly posters would look better if they were either all together on one wall or in two groups of two. Would give it an 8/10 if you ditched the cans.
What content do you use the TV for and is it comfortable viewing it from that angle?
7/10. The mismatched ultramemes are distracting and there's not a whole lot of other things going on for the setup, even if it's obviously isn't bad to use.

They are good as secondary monitors because
a) they are good for reading, writing, or managing long lists of things (like code or music playlists)
b) they take up less horizontal space on your desk when they are tilted vertically
c) since they take up less horizontal space, it is actually easier for a user to follow what is happening on the screens as opposed to having a wider area to look at with two horizontal monitors

The chair was replaced a few years ago.
I lucked out on the desk. I found an ad from a guy on the internet who had built a bunch of custom desks for a company that went out of business, so he had a bunch that were never used.
Each section is 6'x3'. I put two together to give me an L-shaped desk with 35 square feet of space.

No its pretty good. I can lean back far enough in the chair, its pretty comfortable.
I have been slacking on my upkeep a bit ever since I got the oculus. Theres a little bit of work coming soon to the office whenever I get the time, I need to make the room more vr friendly and redo the wire management.
I left the car seat on rails so I can pull it forwards enough that the hotas is out of the way.
I never had one to begin with.

My setup is mostly hand me down hardware, my cat spilled water all over my macbook pro and I was left without a computer for a little bit. The setup is mostly made up of random parts I got from friends and family. I've actually been really enjoying it, don't think I'll be switching back to mac any time soon.

A heatsink doesn't produce any noise, a fans on the heatsink produce noise. You have the same fans on the radiator, plus you have a pump moving the liquid inside.
It's evident that watercooling should be louder, unless you cherry pick some small shit heatsink and pair it with a triple radiator to make a point how much more surface area you have to work with, so the fans are a lot quieter.
The NH-D15 is quieter than any closed loop system of any size on the market at the same price and is just as efficient at cooling.
