CanvasBlocker
Decentraleyes
Don't touch my tabs! (or enable First Party Isolation in about:config)
HTTPS Everywhere
Neat URL

they are useful addons but not essential, having firstparty.isolate and resistFingerprinting set to true is way more important

Didnt even take 1 post until this thread got filled up with useless shit

so what do you suggest

Ageless so you could watch shit some autist marked as adult-only without logging into botnet. Blocktube which allows you to block youtube channels and block videos using regexps.

>cookie autodelete
>Neat URL
redpills about these one please
are they useless like https everywhere and canvas blocker or do I actually need them?

Just install IceCat, it has everything you'll need.

uBlock and decentraleyes or uMatrix,
Autocookie destroyer (or anything similar),
Https everywhere,
Vimfx or alternative,
Your favorites Password manager plugin,

>trusting 3rd party developer with your passwords

Keepass is OK tier, pass is enough.
I use keepass with the addon, everything is in local and I sync it on my nas with syncthing

uBlock Origin

Canvas Blocker

>Decentraleyes

>Don't touch my tabs!
Useless, as you've shown yourself
>HTTPS Everywhere
Useless
>Neat URL
Extremely niche and irrelevant

All you need is uBlock Origin and optionally uMatrix.

here's my lineup:

KeePassXC integration
Multi-Account Containers - isolating different sites categories or profiles
Conex - to group and manage the containers

CookieAutoDelete - obvious, whitelist whatever sites are needed after you've opened and locked them to a container above
uBlock Origin - obvious
Nano Defender - adblock-blocker-blocker to get rid of 'y u use adblock' popups, works with ublock origin with some config
NoScript - It somehow feels far less shittier/crippling than it did in the past, and I still install this reflexively to avoid getting Last Measure'd

TamperMonkey: for 4chanX
SmartProxy: use a VPN with specific sites
SmartReferer - strips referrer when changing domains (think I created a 4chan4channel exception)
HTTPS Everywhere: this one time, I gave the EFF ten bucks and got these fun stickers
Decentraleyes - I guess it's supposed to slow (((them))) down?

More for usefulness:
NeatURL: Clean up long shitty URLs so they don't look bad when you paste them in IRC
Iridium for YouTube: does some youtube enhancement shit and some kinda adblocking that covers things ublockorigin misses sometimes
Download Manager - it's just download statusbar

I am sure some of these are redundant. I think I disabled CanvasBlocker. I'm trying to trim any overly-redundant things out but I added these slowly over time based on specific needs/bursts of paranoia.

TST
uBlock Origin
Stylus
Violentmonkey
HTTPS Everywhere
Tab Session Manager
Cookie AutoDelete

Referral links are everywhere; I've been trimming that shit manually for years.

Which?

Redirector

for old.reddit.com, amirite?

Okay so disabling fingerprinting in firefox makes it so I literally cannot win captchas anymore.
I get 5 times "next" in a row followed by a slowly fading captcha that I solve but when I post it says I mistyped the captcha then it gives me 5 more "next" captchas.

use noscript captcha

First should me more verbose because I never know whether it's working or not and the second one feels a bit like a placebo. The last 5 are obligatory for web 2.0 cancer.

Attached: 1534224901495.png (958x526, 84K)

Is that an addon or how do I set it to noscript captcha?
I don't have a google account.

I need this

What the fuck man. Just disable js in your browser settings or use 4chanx

Attached: 1521618127781.png (1279x1337, 477K)

Use Clover

Not on mobile

If I just disable js captcha just doesn't load.
I'd prefer to not have to use a bloated extension and tampermonkey if I can avoid it.
No other way to force noscript captcha?

>If I just disable js captcha just doesn't load.
disable referrer spoofing then

>No other way to force noscript captcha?
standalone js blocker? technically it should work even with ublock, at least that's what i think

beat me

Attached: 1541386713617.jpg (286x327, 75K)

Why are people still using HTTPS Everywhere when Smart HTTPS is much leaner?

I can either get normal captcha if I set a rule that allows content from google or no captcha if I block js from jewgle.
Guess I'll have to use the extension then since normal captcha is unusable.

Just get the newest version.

it works for 99% of the content i actually want

It's first time I heard about CanvasBlocker, so it's better to use CanvasBlocker or just stick to the privacy.resistFingerprinting.

What's the advantage of violentmonkey over grease or tampermonkey?

I like these add-ons. Been using them for years. Just some basic ones. Also here's an old screenshot I just found of my add-ons from early 2016.

OK I'm confused.
I installed CanvasBlocker and disabled privacy.resistFingerprinting in about:config and now I'm testing it. Before I needed to take reCapthcha multiple times before google think I'm human. But now it's from one max 2 takes.
So is the resistFingerprinting block something that google track to determine if they doesn't like/trust me? What gives?

Can you explain more about that? Is there any need for Canvas Blocker if you set those two in about:config to true? You have to do that on a fresh install of Firefox so an add-on might be more useful.

Wow I literally wrote a comment enquiring about CanvasBlocker the same minute you did.

>use a VPN with specific sites
proxy

Same happened to me when I disabled canvas blocker and turned on resist fingerprinting.
Before I usually had to solve 1 captcha and click through 1 or 2 to post.
After I changed the setting I literally could not post anymore. It would make me fail 10+ captchas in a row (all with slowly loading images).

Not sure what it means exactly but google definitely doesn't seem to like it.

Yea, it's 1st time I'm hearing about it so I'm curious. resist fingerpring block/change a lot of things for privacy, but also sometime make using websites pain in the ass. Like posting on Jow Forums or extensions that change whole website look.

I was the whole time on' resist...' so it was pain in the ass but I was like "welp there is no alternative if I want to have some privacy. But now I'm not so sure.
Maybe it's because 'resist...' make browser look like TOR as Blocker is more just for spoofing.

You must have the patience of a saint.
I wanted to kill myself after 2 posts already when it kept making me fail slow captchas despite me getting them right over and over.

Using noscript captcha now but yeah, I'm not sure how to interpret this exactly.
Does canvas blocker not block/spoof as much info as the config setting so apple doesn't punish you as much? Or is it because the addon is making you seem normal with fake values.

>privacy.resistFingerprinting is going to make you unique.
It's not, retard. It sets your canvas to the same value as Tor browser. It's a constant and will make you non-unique, which is the whole point. Are you retarded?

why the fuck do i need 6 gorillion of these plugins jesus fucking christ you niggers
it just ends up coming across like my mother and antivirus software
she has like 3 separate ones installed on the same machine and wonders why it's slowed to a crawl

Attached: 23124124124.jpg (657x527, 24K)

>tfw too dumb to block anti-adblock page on sankaku even with adblock and ublock

Attached: image.png (658x662, 32K)

Yea it was taking good amount of time. I usually have opeara with only yt/yesmovies open and use popup video to just watch something when doing browsing internet on firefox. So I just watch it and solve captcha.

It's make you stand out as 'oj this guy is shady, have something to hide' but if many people use it it doesn't mean that much, bc you blend with 'shady guys'.

SSD and no ff in ram are your friends.

Fuck I can post so fast now...

Why are you using both at the same time? Just use uBlock Origin. I don't remember any anti-adblock on sankaku, is it on a specific page?

use anti-anti-adblock

>no ff in ram
?
>SSD
i have an ssd but i just don't like installing bloatware
i have ublock and i really don't see the reason to get the other 12 gorillion

It doesn't make you 'shady', it actually makes you blend in more. The about:config tweak makes your browser's canvas look the same as Tor's, and since this is thus a very common canvas readout and because of this Google & the fags will have a harder time tracking you. Other addons and tweaks that make you blend in more have the same effect. You can deduct from this that the harder the captcha = the more you blend in. Test it with those browser fingerprinting tests like the panopticlick one.

It's on any new image. I get pic related, which I just have to click and it allows me back to the image. But if I open several multiple images in different tabs I have to go through this for every one of them.
For example:

What Jow Forums Firefox add-ons?

Install Opera.

Can you list all your addons? Can you also show me how you've configured uBlock Origin?

no u

Works fine for me try updating your uBlock filters

Greasemonkey for 4chanX

I'd love to but it died

misspell that one read ti without 'no'.

what

>Greasemonkey for 4chanX
I don't understand. Aren't they separate add-ons?

Greasemonkey's an addon for UserJS and 4chanX is UserJS

>makes you stand out
Imagine having a 2 digit IQ. What you're suggesting to do is make your browser UNIQUE, how the fuck does that NOT make you stand out?

It doesn't happen instantly, you gotta stay around ~10 seconds looking at the image.

Adblock Plus
uBlock Origin
TamperMonkey

And just this.

Attached: 2018-12-16 12_21_27.png (501x910, 45K)

Why would you use both Adblock plus and uBlock? Remove Adblock. You're on the latest Firefox, right? And uBlock Origin is up to date as well, and you got it from Mozilla's site? Purge all caches and update the lists. If it still doesn't work, you can try checking all lists under 'built in' and 'annoyances'.

>Adblock Plus
>TamperMonkey
Remove Adblock Plus you only need uBlock and use Violentmonkey instead of Tampermonkey
>It doesn't happen instantly
I waited over 2 minutes on multiple pages and it still works fine

Attached: 1533050192905.png (443x750, 43K)

ABP is useless if you have uBO.

its true, everyone is a snowflake - so having a non-unique fingerprint makes you more visible and raises the botnets' red flags

Well thanks anons, I don't know which one did it but it got fixed. I'm thinking it was the Annoyances list.
What's the difference between Tamper and Violent?

Attached: 1542314532939.png (496x455, 170K)

>Tampermonkey
Closed source and botnet tampermonkey.net/privacy.php
>Violentmonkey
Open source and not a botnet

Why use AdNauseam when you have uBlock Origin?

I'm on ff38, but it turns out some time "recently" they fuckin gassed all addons older than their desired version (the same point in time that ff went bad)

>38
lmao

thereisonlyxul.org/

ViolentMonkey is also more stable and less buggy in my experience.
