/IEMg/ In Ear Memes general - Panasonic RP-HJE125-K Ergo Shit Edition

In /IEMg/ we discuss IEM's and portable audio too rich for /csg/'s blood and too poor for the HD800 master race in /hpg/.

For today's main topic, we're attempting to compile a list of main memes for suggestion. See previous thread here The last thread was very productive and we all agreed that the Panasonic RP-HJE125-K Ergo Shit is the best IEMs under $200.

Wasted on a crappy iem

the iem is not the point, it's just quickest image i found on google.
how well are the isolation and comfort? should i use eartips or just let the mold be the eartips?

user there are places that do custom molded tips for universal iems that will make isolation amazing. Similar to what this person is doing but less messy and more permanent.

foam tips are a fucking ripoff.

nice info user.

Bacteria sponges

my se215s died, any recommendations for iems in 100 - 200 bracket with similar dark warmish sound signature? no chink shit i tried to buy dmg meme once and almost got scammed

Yamaha EPH-100SL

Just buy se215s again if you don't want chink shit.

>and we all agreed that the Panasonic RP-HJE125-K Ergo Shit is the best IEMs under $200.
How so, they're like 7 bucks a pop.
Is consumer audio industry this fucking rotten it's unable to come up with superior product at 10x the price?

They are amazing though. I've never had cheap earbuds last this long. And they have many many cute colors.

Earbuds are an inferior form-factor.

>what i dont like is inferior
they're ten times comfier than iems

>brand makes good product bad

>distortions.
>inconsistent sonic performance.
>hearing damage
use better eartips. or go custom.

Could you elaborate how you got scammed?

luuks guut is dere and bluetooth verzion?

>hearing damage
>implying tips that go inside your ear canal cause no damage

eartips has nothing to do with your eardrum, even that dildo looking ety triple flange ones.

except if you a real toddler.

hearing damage caused by excessive volume while listening, in case of earbuds that is offer basically no isolation, to mask background noises, people turn up their volume level even more.

>>implying tips that go inside your ear canal cause any damage

Mh755 has proper bass and real sub.

reposting

I dont get all the meme terms you guys use

name me a good pair of IEMs under $40 that
>i can listen to classical
>i can listen to vapour
>i can listen to chicks singing with chill electro beats
>i can listen to dream pop
>i can listen to shoegaze
on my rockboxed clip zip and be /comfy/

i dont even want to mess with eq if i dont have to

Mh755 has real sub bass for your electronic needs.
And proper mid and treble that you can compare to full speaker for your acoustic needs.

sennheiser ie 4

Does anyone know any online store I can buy them?? Can't find it anymore where I live

It's okay user, keep buying your Chink-Fi.

>Mh755
sony?

Yes.

wew lad, 7.99 for a pair? i'll take it

Any opinions on the Etymotic MK5?

Attached: mk5_450_v1.jpg (450x450, 19K)

If they’re anything like the HF5 they’re shit.

Finally got some medium foam chink tips for my T2’s and I gotta say they’re finally fitting in a manner I would call satisfactory. The stock tips are trash and should be disposed of as such.

Which tips exactly?

m.aliexpress.com/item/32838354939.html?

Do you think this would work well with the v80s? Comply's are too fucking expensive.

Do they smell like chink plastic?
How's the quality? Do you think they will last atleast 1 month of daily usage?

I’ve tried them with my set. They fit very well but don’t solve the sibilance issue. I believe the wax filter inside the isolation plus tips filters the treble a bit.

They don’t have a odor, no. They feel pretty nice, though they don’t compress anything like comply tips. They pretty easy to just shove in your ear without rolling, however, so it’s not really an issue. They seem like they’ll last longer than comply tips in all honesty. The material feels more stout and they use a rubber core as opposed to the shitty platic one found in complys.
They don’t work magic like the comply’s though. I will forever shill comply’s for their ability to make literally every pair of IEM’s I own sound better.

T100/400?

$15 Sony are best. fuck your overrpriced shit

Just don't take fakes

mad poorlet

>$15 Sony are best. fuck your overrpriced shit
American poorfuck detected!

Maybe the wrong place to ask but do true wireless iems on android support mono/stereo switching sensors?
When you only have one airpod on you get both channels routed to it automatically and the other one is disabled.

No
Many don't even allow using just the left earbud.

are the Edifier R1280T any good?

name?

>why buy KZ when this $10 thing exists
Our true savior MH755 being revived once again

Attached: RevoNext QT2.jpg (1000x607, 146K)

MDR-EX450 is better than your entry level bass-boosted shit.

T400

Wai?

Anyone here have a custom iem?

Is it worth it going custom over universal? Doesn't the acrylic start to feel uncomfortable after a while?

Attached: pm-availability-jomo-audio-jomo-flamenco-pro-audio-custom-iem-starspicker-1708-21-StarsPicker@17.jpg (800x533, 51K)

Who needs treble anyway? What are you, some kind of treble fag?

Wrong thread, buddy.

Golden is Campfire Audio Solaris, green are Andromeda.

nice thx lookin for new inears myself thought bout getting the airpods

Be ready for some sticker shock.

>acrylic start to feel uncomfortable
It might get a bit hot and itchy after a few hours but not uncomfortable. Just take it off for a few seconds.
Eartips on the other hand will leave your ear aching after long sessions.

well......yeah i know
i just hope they dont brake so easily like the earpods i had about half a dozen back in the days when i had an ipod

xba n3 then.
Or n5005.

Custom IEMs are dying because the fucking sellers are offering reshells less and less

>Panasonic RP-HJE125-K
bought a pair
don't really get it
they sound worse than the shitty amazon klipsch's i had before they broke

is it just because they are cheap?

maybe Your bias over power your hearing capability.

No
I think
It's more like
I mean
It's just a possibility
But
Maybe
Just maybe
You just don't like it

Yeah, you can't hear past 5k anyway.
Go listen to midi file with 1mb sound banks.

These Panasonic buds actually are pretty decent for the price. I use them at the gym. I just had to buy some new ones after running them through the washing machine... again.

Attached: y4p9HyqTS.jpg (1119x839, 114K)

>midi
He fell for midi meme… PC Speaker or bust, champ.

What's the Panasonic equivalent for bluetooth IEMs? Just need something simple for the gym.

What the fuck do you mean by 'shit'? It's the best fucking thing anyone can buy for sub $6

Define best

Best sound, best fit, best design.

I remember buying RP-HJE118GU when I was younger. That was the shit. Colors, fit, durability, price — couln't beat them.

The next general should be Koss The Plug/Sparkplug edition. That was hot shit back in the days.

Describe those then.

How poor are you that you can't scramble up 30$ to get a piece of tech that you are gonna use every day?

Nah, who needs sound, I just read punched cards.
