The only thing I've ever changed is php functions to lighter blue
that blue in Lua can be changed too if it's hard on you. far easier than making your own.

yea I don't use Lua, I'd change that to light blue, as I said.
It takes only seconds to find it and change it. dracula's base gets 90% of the colors done for you though

Looks like KDE3. You can still get the theme with qt5-style-plugins on debian/ubuntu but I'm not sure how it looks with modern Kate and KDE programs in general.

The theme is the default one in Q4OS. I'm using Trinity, which is a fork of KDE 3.5.
