Is it legit? Seems to become a good year for AMD then.

I used to shit on AMD but you know what, 2018/19 is looking like they are just fucking shitting on Nvintel's mouth forcefully. What the fuck happened.

ryzen happened.

1060/2060 BTFO
10% better for half the price
240$ for 1080 performance

See -->

580 cant even keep up with 1070.

>gimped TU106
neat, I thought they would use a different core
Still makes no goddamn sense for the price, and with 30 RT cores it's completely useless for any kind of raytracing in games, but still better than I expected.

What do I see there? Outdated 2016 graphics with only 4 GB? You'll get the same performance with much less power draw next year when AMD releases Navi.
This.
I guess it will be powerful, but overpriced. Raytracing is completely useless, even a 2080 Ti barely handles 60 FPS in 1080p and only in one game.

Still viable for budget
Anyway Anons, what board for 3 or 4 way crossfire with these cards?
I already have 80+ platinum 1200w PSU

Crossfire is retarded.

I would get a used 480 instead, 8 GB is 8 GB,

>all those cores

I remember the day it was all one core and the numbers going up were the speed of that core. PC tech is so fuck dead ended now.

>Crossfire is bad
Fuck off , We have more uses to multigpu than gayming

>2070
>$500
I fucking wish

I though minerfags killed themselves already

how can one person be so retarded

>what is rendering
>what is AI training
should I also mine Ethereum to trigger you fags?

What the fuck did I just read?.......
>A FUCKING GPU
>core speed for single core
>A FUCKING GPU
>Single core
Go KYS

>8 GB is 8 GB
no use for 480/1060 level of performance

I'm kinda mad that Turing gets such a bad rap for its primitive ray tracing. Nobody ever wants to talk about the new task/mesh/fragment pipeline or variable sample rate shading.

>1900 cuda cores
Not bad

everything outside of most western countries AMD costs more

Underrated post.

Turing is Nvidia's first real DX12-tier GPU not pseudo-supported garbage on their Fermi derivatives.
Nvidia is going to be shilling the shit out of DX12/Vulkan so their older shit will run like ass which will force Nvidiots to get Turing and its successors.
Planned obsolescence is a bitch eh Nvidiots?
