I had two different groups move into my neighborhood when I was around 15. In a year they managed to, steal my mum's car and crash it, bottle the guys house across the road while he and his kids were inside (they used his recycle bin filled with VB bottles). Went to school with many of them. If I were to generalise, they were mostly dumb but fun-loving types who didn't really bear hostility to whites but were definitely at a disadvantage on the learning curve.
