Big if true, Ill finally be able to maximize my new build

Just want their 6 core variant to be on the single threaded performance of the 8600 and lower latencies.
Then, that's where I'll say Intel is finished.

it's over intel is finished

6c/12t is still pretty good

>want their 6 core variant to be on the single threaded performance of the 8600
A daily reminder 2700X already matches 8700K in gaymen and utterly OBLITERATES it in serious productivity/heavy multitasking

If this is true, then this casts more legitimacy on the earlier leaks. People were saying the leaks were fake because it's too far out from when AMD would be launching them (presumably in May or June).

I never said it's bad, but it's downright GIMPING YOURSELF in regards to Zen 2, considering you can get full unrestricted 8 core experience on a single fucking CCX from now on. Basically what this means is that anyone who doesn't maximize one Zen 2 CCX by getting 8 core variant, is a downright corelet, a cuckboi. Sure 6 cores will perform well, and even 4 Zen 2 cores will be great for majority of things, but anything below 8 cores is basically not filling CCX to the max and thus not utilizing it's full capabilities, gimping yourself down deliberately.

Neat.

Thank you for a wonderful Christmas, AMD

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA THE FUCK

>8c/8t

Nice mockup

We can't tell yet. It's 65W but no information on SMT.

brainlet here, how do we know that's not the X

Oh, so it's a lower binned part and there's a part with even better clocks? Neat.

>It must be true if I read it on the internet

Attached: 8d6.jpg (645x729, 81K)

>Can't tell yet
>3600
Full SMT starts at 3700, as like before. They can't put a full 8/16 experience in a cheap x600 tier.

>lower binned part
Considering TSMC's 7nm was already reported as having, like, at least 92% of PERFECT yields, with bad ones being thrown into PS 5 and NextBox...the phrase "low binned" in regards to Zen 2 outside of consoles seems downright hilarious.

Until it happen's there's still a possibility this has all been fabricated by Intel shills to false flag AMD.

TDP is 65W according to the opncode, so unlikely to be X

>WCCF
>Intel shills
Stop smoking weed, matey.

>2.6ghz 4 core 8 thread Vega APU 4mb cache
>at 15w TDP
Sickeningly low power draw for those specs.

sure thing shlomo.

Intel shills could be impersonating an AMD insider and leaking false information to wccf and adoredtv

Everytime. You AMDogs will be put down once again.

Intel is finished

I hate all of you, I wanted to upgrade at ryzen 1, then I heard wait for ryzen 2, much better. And just when I was about to pull the trigger THIS SHIT POPS UP. I'M FUCKING UPGRADING THE SECOND IT COMES OUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU FUCKS SAY. I'M DONE WAITING

Nigga, Zen 3 is right around the corner. Just wait some more.

>Brian Krzhkhanizckhcz in his natural habitat

Link?

You heard wrong then. Ryzen 1000 is Zen 1, Ryzen 2000 is Zen 1+, Ryzen 3000 is Zen 2. Ryzen 1000 to Ryzen 2000 is not an upgrade but Ryzen 1000/2000 to Ryzen 3000 absolutely is. In fact there won't be any reason to upgrade 3000 for a long, long time.

Dude, Zen 3 at 3nm is coming, TSMC just started building their fab.

Unless 3700 is 12c/24t, nigger.

diana slow down please

>Ryzen 1000 to Ryzen 2000 is not an upgrade
You can't be more of a retard than this, folks.

>Zen 3 at 3nm
Since when did TSMC immediately skip/ignore 5 and 4nm?

3700 is 8/16, 3800 is 12/24, 3850 is 16/32.

that's not what wccf or adoredtv said, what is your sauce?

anandtech.com/show/12831/globalfoundries-gives-7-nm-capacity-update-mulls-skipping-5-nm

They're skipping 5nm because they want to go for the jugular and deliver another doubling of cores on all skus. 32c/64t mainstream parts.

5nm will probably be reserved as a backup if 3nm is delayed or they need an ace up the sleeve against the competition, in which case we'll see a Zen 2+, like what they did with Zen+.

>Global Foundries
>TSMC
U OK?

That was published before AMD dropped Glofo, but their strategy is likely still the same. None of the Intel 15% improvement per generation shit. They want a full tick & tock each generation.

>That was published before AMD dropped Glofo
So, even more IRRELEVANT, then. Got it. Because things and plans changed drastically ever since Inturd utterly fucked up on 10nm and gutted it while degrading BACK to 16, 14, and 12nm. And nGreedia is a WHOLE FUCKING FULL 1 YEAR BEHIND on 7nm, so AMD literally has no reason to rush anything now, in contrary - they're SANDBAGGING the flying fucks out of everything now since TSMC's 7nm ALREADY has 92% of PERFECT yields. Now imagine 7nm+, kek.

>Intel's 0.5~2% improvement per generation
You've meant.

According to latest reports, mid-tier (not top) 7nm Radeons of Vega II kind will be between 1080 Ti and 2080/Ti in performance, for 500~800$. So take that for what you will, since it's the WORST case scenario.

WEEEEEEEEW, LAAAAADS.

We don't know how well AMD's 7nm consumer GPUs will work. You can't blame yourself for making purchasing decisions without taking into consideration products that don't exist yet. At least you didn't buy into the RTX meme.

I hope you bought it used for a good price to hold you over for a year or less until you can upgrade

You didn't, upcoming AMD GPUs are a gamble.

I read some shit that the navi counterpart to rtx2070 rumored to be $250. At least I can wait for the new cpus and intels response. Im rocking a 4460 now and it shits itself on vermintide 2.

3nm isn't coming untill 2023. Same for 7nm Intel. They won't skip 5nm.

>7nm Intel
See you in 2028.

but skylake still has a potential for at least 5 more milkings!

Attached: 1532333656340681.jpg (638x599, 49K)

They will raise the prices now because of stupid sacks of shit like kangaroo unboxed "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" shit.

Attached: XDDD.jpg (1280x720, 147K)

*10nm Intel

>None of the Intel 15% improvement per generation shit.

What reality are you living in where intel delivers that? The only generation that improved since sandy bridge was coffeelake with more cores thanks to Ryzen.

It's not too good to be true at that price level.. it's too good to be true in general. I don't even care about the price.. it most likely wont be worse than intel..

It's fake.

>buying a two+ year old mid range card for 300+

Yeah, people forgot that you didn't have to put more than a grand in for a top tier computer back in the day and now they are fine with paying more and more each generation. Fucking goyim.

Attached: deliciousfinallysomegoodfuckingfood27033830.png (500x381, 233K)

No 7nm APUs until much later in the year. AMD is launching their 12nm Zen1 Raven Ridge refreshes early 2019.

get fucking hyped

>it most likely won't be worse than Intel
2700X already matches 8700K in gaymen and utterly BTFO's it in serious productivity/heavy multitasking, while being cheaper and much more efficient.

Zen 2 DDR5 confirmed.

Just wait for zen 3+ bros it's gonna beat intel this time for sure ..

You meant PCI-e 4.0, since consumer DDR5 will be Zen 2+ at the earliest.

No, I meant Zen 2.

Well Zen 2 is still DDR4, so there.
