>Get private training (he did it in the US and hungary, told me thats good places to start)
>Buy an armor vest and plates and some other legal equipment of your choice like medicine/ first aid, a scope and camo clothes (apparently helmets are overpriced and not very useful)
>Do some oddjobs in africa like guarding a mine or transports for european companies
>Volunteer in a warzone (he did azov but depending on your ideology something else like YPG or ISIS hunters might fit you better)
At that point you should have a good enough resume to easily find interesting work wherever you want. All in all he said he invested around 20k euro in equipment and training.
