Seriously, what will it take for them to give up on this. Just stop imagining that you are entitled to tracking information.

Although with cookies, and some mobile carriers like verizon patching tracking headers into HTTP requests (TLS breaks this, since headers are internal), I don't see cell tower switches actually preventing tracking a whole lot.
