Yes fuck the NSA for needlessly collecting my data, however the national security of the United States and other allied nations is far more important to me then sticking one to the man in this particular instance. Chinese telecommunications products used for American and allied infrastructure is a direct threat to the national security of all allied nations not just because of spying, but also because it would leave us all susceptible to Chinese cyber attacks should a conflict arise in the future. Another interesting point to note is that Chinese companies by Chinese law HAVE to assist the Chinese government in the collection of intelligence whether foreign or domestic.

The collection of data of innocent Americans and other allied and western nations is unfortunate and does indeed infringe upon the rights of all citizens to the right to privacy, and quite honestly I think trump is a retard, and I am also not American and a fan of Edward Snowden, however with all of that said I am fully in support of Trumps decision here and I think it is the right one. All of these aforementioned things are unfortunate, but I would rather not help the Chinese in any way, shape or form on their planned march towards global supremacy, and we all have much more to fear in the Chinese than the NSA watching us jerk off to our favourite vids on pornhub. Just think of the great firewall, the lack of freedom of speech, all the censorship, the social credit system.
