The point of the Mix line is specifically to not have a notch. That's the entire gimmick, maximize screen space without the notch. Look at the first Mi Mix, and then the Mix 2 and 2S. They all have the front camera on the bottom chin and no notch or any bezel on the top.
The Mi 8 is what you're looking for if you want a notch.
