whenever I see shit like this I want to kill web developers
>49.2 MiB
holy bloat
>Never again will you have to stop listening to your favourite song because Chrome is guzzling up all your RAM
>app made with Electron, so literally Chrome
Web devs are THIS retarded.
Do ricefags actually use this?
We typically use st, urxvt, or termite. Fags will use xterm.
>he doesn't use eXtern OS
Why are you stuck in the past?
I unironically use hyper.is cause it's the only good standalone terminal with emoji support.
I need emoji support because and are great ways to denote certain actions in scrolling logs and are very visually easy to spot.
because checks and crosses*
alacritty doesn't have this problem
web developers were a mistake
>eXtern OS
The owner removed the download link from his site.
Fucking why?
>launching a chrome container to use a terminal
>the absolute statue of webtards
>codemoji combines code with emoji to bring women of color into the male dominated tech startup scene
>over 4 million new emoji mandatory on all keyboard to support the codemoji project
>emulate emoji with smiley faces like colon parenthesis
>sign in to use codemoji today (all codemoji code is intellectual property of codemoji legal team)
excellent bait
Chrome eats up the RAM because it runs every single bloat shit on separate threads (one for each)
Chromium doesn't have addons, and other bloat, it mostly consists of the webview engine, so it requires much less RAM
In that sense, they are right, it really doesn't eat up your RAM like Chrome
iTerm2 reporting in
why are you like this
literally more customization than the windows command line.
That's a sexy translucent theme. What is it?
Emoji support in a terminal wtf lol
Fucking stupid
No matter how many times I see this, it still gives me a warm feeling by reminding me that I'll never be out of a job as long as retards like this exist.
zsh bash csh ksh etc etc et al have more customization than the windows command line and don't require fucking electron or chrome
mintty with cygwin and cmder is way better than the windows command line and doesn't require electron or chrome
>oh his looks cool
>hmm neat website

AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH
>cmder
cmder is a preconfigured software bundle of ConEmu and some third-party software.
Please in the future refer directly to ConEmu.
please in the future don't post instead of post
*incomprehensible screaming*
>mfw this nigger (literally very black man) built a fucking OS in javascript.
come on they even made it nice and colorful for brainlets like you
>53.7MB for a terminal on winblows
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Literally powershell 5
i'm heterosexual
Where?
What's the opinion on konsole?
>powershell 5
>v1.0
Konsole is a perfectly good choice for a KDE desktop.
>I've never used powershell - the post
What did windows mean by this?
>hilarious RAM consumption
>retarded plugin management
Enjoy your shit, webkid
My IQ > 0
It's v5 is 1.0/backwards compatible so it's okay to live there.
if anyone wants a bloated piece of shit of an electron terminal (literally not worth it if you are on linux/macos, may find an usecase on windows) should use terminus github.com
at least it doesn't choke on fast outputs unlike electron
unlike hyper*
fuck (((they))) really electron got me
>he doesnt have 16GB+ RAM
It's cheap you idiots.
>emacs keybindings
>ctrl-w to delete a word
>it closes the tab
you said so much and yet said nothing at the same time
>advertises itself as having a scrollbar
Is this bait? Why did they put this as a feature?
Typescript is barely a step up.
I'll show you a good terminal.
