I hate using one time use items.

I reuse them constantly, I only throw them when they start getting really nasty

You absolute retard

this
just keep it nicely and you can use them many times

These are by far the most comfortable headphones available.

The ear pads are amazing on them.
The sennheisers I had before just hurt after a while. Not comfortable at all

Love these but they're so expensive

I don't go outside.

They were £260 or less over the holidays. I picked mine up for £225 plus a gift card took them down to £188

Are these better than ANC from Sony or Bose?

Shure SE535 with foam tips. I prefer them over my Q35 because I can listen to loud music without any noticeable sound leaking outside.

Are you fucking rerarded?
OP is 32 EUR and is better at noise cancelling.

These are noise cancelling muffs, idiots.
It's -37 dB and you supply your own flea headphones to use inside.

So they don't cancel as much noise

kingston hyperx cloud for under 80 or so dollars were adequate to get me kicked out of the house at 18 because I couldn't hear anyone calling me downstairs.
Took me 2 years to not be homeless anymore, but eh, at least I have peace and quiet without having to wear headphones now.

The best passive cancelling on the market.

sennheiser rs 195s

Poorfag here, cheap industrial no names are still better than "gamer" shit.

how's that compared to this ear dildo?

Do you understand how noise cancelling works? You get into the crowded bus and it's fucking quiet. Your pic can't compete.

yep, as for something mainstream like qc35.
don't know for actual safety equipment like those 3m.
purple: er4xr
yellow, red: qc35 anc off, anc on

sad, there is no sub-bass data for x5a, that's where rumbles take place.

er4xr definitely beats qc35 with anc.

can't really say about x5a, they mid(100-1k) performance is better than both er4xr and qc35.

i suspect x5a can't really block rumbles and low frequency noise as good as anc like boses and second bend of ear canal insertion depth of etymotics products.

er4xr is comparable to the MK5 isolator in terms of isolation, right?
What a shame that there is only weak isolation on the ~250Hz range, which is roastie voice frequency and just what I don't want to hear

should be comparable, because they has same triple flange earpiece.
those 250hz is probably a measurement artifact/error from rtings's rig. Because all of their isolation measurements has those weakened ~250hz measurements.

do you know of any more accurate measurements?

either way, earmuffs are way too much, it seems like my MK5s are still the most reasonable option for normal usecases

The only way to tell is trying it out.
Because not all measurements has same methods and rig/equipment.
For me mk5 is pretty good compared to entry level peltors and most foam/silicone earplug.
