LTSC is based on 1809 which is the buggiest W10 release to date, and the fact that LTSC doesn't offer anything substantial compared to the regular releases of Windows. You can defer updates on Enterprise and Education for like 2 and a half years, at which point a new LTSC might come out, and guess what, you'll probably update to that won't you?

the problem is inconsistency.
hardly anyone here actually lives without telemetry, they just don't like Window's telemetry.
If you have a smartphone with google services running at all or have steam installed at all (even if you didn't opt into survey) then you've already got just as much if not more telemetry running than Windows 10.

LTSC 1809 seems to be overall unaffected.
I haven't seen any bugs and my documents didn't get deleted.

Last time I used it, it had the file associations bug, where stuff wouldn't stick, and they'd get reset to Windows default.
