nigga you're really bad at using a wok correctly

I use it for everything and I've had it for at least 10 years. Instant scalloped potatoes are cooking now.

Are you gonna share that fren? And VIVRE LE QUÉBEC LIBRE!

I live in Onterrible but you're welcome to stop by, mon ami.

wtf is wrong with that stove?

:D merci!

I dunno. It's old and shitty?

Wait until the pan is hot and the butter melts before you add the onion you fucking piece of shit leaf.

But why are the tops of the stove plates missing?

Nah, this is an old wok. I got it as a used gift years ago and the non-stick coating is indefeatable. Onions fry up quickly and there's no need to pre-heat. My son's meal is ready.

It's a shitty old North American Frigidaire range: 240V single phase 2-pole with resistive elements on the stovetop.

Thanks, man. I'm going to eat later. Getting shittered right now.

not really something I'd like to eat too much, but thanks for the cooking thread!

Ok yoooo have you ever stir-fried onions before? Like....naaaahhhh

nvm, I just found out North American stove tops just look different to European ones

I wouldn't stir fry the same way. For this meal, I wanted the onions nice and caramelized to get the sweet kick to mix with the sausage.

Me neither. Just using up some junk in the fridge and cupboard.

Yeah but lad, you have to fry them evenly otherwise they won’t be any good. Idk anything about non-stick pans, but I just use a cast-iron and some butter. Put the butter in before the onions and then then any extra spices a bit later
