Or if you can manage to be extremely patient, use TOR. It'd take literal weeks of uninterrupted uploading but it's the most anonymous you can get. If you want it to stay forever, that's what freenet is designed for, but you'd need to get 10 separate computers to run it if you don't want the feds/jews knocking your door down because it isn't anonymous without direct peer connections
