You were so close, but then I read the last sentence. I prefer Rust.

use the right tool for the job

Nice NPC dialogue. If I keep engaging you will you say anything worthwhile or just repeat trash?

I just love when OP answers his own question.

t. Too stupid to learn C

Dumb frogposter.

You just aren't smart enough to have excellently done projects in C, C++, Java, C#, and Python. I bet your GitHub fucking sucks.

This is your face when you realize Javascript and Perl are faster than C on string operations.

I'm building a game in C and originally I planned to embed a scripting language, but since laying all the groundwork in C, I've totally adapted to it and it's really grown on me. C gives you better performance and more control than anything else. Literally no reason to switch now.

That's literally impossible when C can just execute arbitrary assembly and beat whatever benchmark you are setting.

I use Haskell for everything

Just use the Python module. Don't reinvent the wheel user.

JIT and GC are just better for anything non-trivial. Get with the times.

t. Brainlet

daily reminder there is no reason to use pure C in 2019 unless you have some sort of platform or environment limitation.

Fixed that for you.

t. Brainlet

Rust is definitely great but it's not for everything, user.
