I work in the IT department of a University, the professors are all morons.
We had to send in an old greybeard tech to help one of them install a lab setup of Windows server 2016, then he had to go in and set up a DC, and place it on the network, and setup DNS and DHCP for him.
The professors are absolutely incompetent.
