at least on ebay you can filter out by country and region. i always do US only and that helps a lot. i totally stopped using amazon because of the amount of chinkshit on the site.
ePacket is non-existent, free shipping is never offered, many items DHL is the only shipping you can actually buy.
Some items do actually have AliExpress Standard shipping, though, which is okay for now.
Canadian post strike has ended but AliExpress vendors still won't ship to Canada without you paying for DHL etc.
