No. It uses its own content blocker and can load abp lists. ublock origin uses abp lists as well.

Ok i tried it and it works for my preferences(flash games are smooth as fuck) but going to youtube play any video that is HTML5 but its not playing says "browser is not supported"
wtf im doing wrong dudes? if someone can help me i can finally ditch opera 57 for good(vivaldi not counted since its chromium and my pc is 12 years old and counting)

Vivaldi is closed source chromium so it's literally otter but botnet. Otter claims to be opera in spirit but really doesn't achieve this at all. All in all, we need someone to use the fucking source even though that's never happening. Rip opera.

i literally did this with wikipedia and javascript disabled and saved it as a session on opera 9 over a decade ago. Now in 2019 Vivaldi is choking with 30 MSM tabs from drudge report :/
