actually this, is like colors are less vibrant in a white bg terminal. I don't know why though, the default palette is for dark wallpapers probably

Tomorrow is okay, material dark is also nice, but idk I always return to solarized dark.
i like to actually sleep when i try to so i use dark themes and reduce contrast/blues on the monitor. however i see nothing wrong with using bright themes in the day, especially with reduced monitor brightness levels

I use a modified version of the Optimal color scheme. It's specifically designed to achieve optimum eye comf with the most readability possible. Though, it's low contrast (thus high eye conf) nature makes it less legible than other options

At times, too much white will bring on nausea. I have no idea why, so I temporarily switch to something dark.

Lets me use lower brightness and still see everything perfectly clear. I have my TV at 0% brightness with a mostly dark theme in Android TV, always sitting in a dark room. Phone is the same way, a dark theme in bed doesn't wake me the fuck up and keeps my eyes trained for dark.
