I can't even imagine how much money they're making, there's no way discord is going anywhere. It hit it big like twitch did. In example YouTube is a much bigger platform with better quality when it comes to streaming, but Twitch is the preferred standard when it comes to anything streaming related. People refuse to switch to something like Steam chat (even while already owning a steam account) because Discord is preferred.
